How Do I Get Remote Support? Remote support is a utility bundled within late 2008 releases of Medilink and onwards. It can be found from within the utilities dialog, (which can be found on your desktop or from 'Start'->'All Programs'->'MedilinkESI 200?'->'Utilities'. 'Remote Support' has a blue and white phone as the logo. If you do not have this product, you can download it here and unzip it to your desktop, however, we reserve the right to refuse service and may request that you update your software before we can provide you with remote support. To receive remote support, you must first call us with your intention to request it. If you simply run the program without our knowledge, we will reject any request for assistance, (because we are not aware of who your are or what the problem is).
