Ultimately to cater for the newly legislated Health Identifier (HI) system.
To cater for the Government’s secure eMessaging Referral system.
For us to provide you with a better Support system based on the size of your Practice.

MEDILINK DIRECT SUPPORT Fee Rates:
The Practice plus the Registered Provider is $250.
Each additional Servicing Provider within your Medilink is $50 up to and including 5.
The 6th and each additional provider to 10 is at $35.
The 11th to 19 is at $25 and the 20th onwards is at $15 per Provider.
The Invoice amount calculated below is automated & based on your number of Providers at the above rates.
We have paid and renewed our previous
VIPS membership
fees. (Jan - Jun 2010).

VIPS membership

You MUST ACCEPT and AGREE to the following BEFORE PROCEEDING with the installation and use of MEDILINK esi 2010 software:- 1. The Terms and Conditions associated with your request to APS to issue you a Registration Number (a License) is for use of it’s software and is in addition to the license agreement contained within the software under Help. 2. When applying for a new Registration Number you must agree to all these Terms and Conditions, you agree by completing the Form headed REGISTRATION REQUEST and placing a tick in the box alongside stating that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you do agree with terms of use before proceeding. IF you do NOT agree or conform to the request for information or the information is not correct APS, at its discretion, will retain the right of refusal to issue a Registration Number and may restrict or limit the use of its software. 3. The downloading of Medilink software from this web site and the issue of Registrations and permission of its use will only be given to an existing Registered client or an employee of that client for that Practice site ONLY. 4. The above person must have proof of payment and be able to produce this proof if requested by APS before downloading the software and applying for a Registration license. 5. If proof of payment to APS is not available and you wish to rejoin your VIPS Membership renewal MUST be paid and received by APS. The fee to rejoin is $500 Plus GST Plus the current VIPS Membership. 6. If you elect not to subscribe to Medilink VIPS Membership and wish to update to the latest Version of the Medilink software you are currently using the cost is 80% of the current retail price. 7. Note ONLY registered owners of the License as issued by APS to the Practice Site or an authorised employee can subscribe to VIPS. No Dealer, company, business or person(s) can otherwise be a member and received the VIPS Membership entitlements. 8. APS will be introducing a per provider VIPS payment system during the 2010 period, part of this may involve the collection of provider data to ensure that the correct amount is charged.
